REGIONAL PROCUREMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Region: South Luzon

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will report to the South Luzon Procurement Manager and will be responsible and accountable for procurement of PR requirements as assigned.
 

  • Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for various materials, equipment, consumables, rentals, services, and small civil works within the established procurement guidelines and procedures;

  • Monitors compliance with the POD Procedure Manual, PO/contract terms and conditions, applicable policies and maintains an effective filing system of records;

  • Provides support to Systems and Standards Division in the Vendor Database Build-Up; and

  • Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety/quality standards.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably with one(1) year work experience related to procurement activities
  • Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Office
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good negotiation skills
