Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the optimization of warehouse operations through advanced data analytics, system enhancements, and the development of automated tracking dashboards. This role ensures seamless data integration, process efficiency, and accurate reporting to support strategic inventory and resource allocation decisions within the division.
- Dashboard Development & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and trackers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manpower requests, and operational bottlenecks within warehouse management.
- Process Optimization & System Administration: Evaluate existing warehouse systems and workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline data management, eliminate manual redundancies, and implement robust system controls.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Alignment: Analyze complex operational datasets to provide actionable insights, collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership to align system capabilities with human resources and logistics objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive experience in data analytics, system administration, or operational reporting, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, or corporate supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI for creating dynamic dashboards
- Strong experience in system workflow optimization and data architecture management
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, macros, and data modeling).
- Ability to deconstruct complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
