Key Responsibilities:
Carries out activities related to the plans and programs of the Section with advance technical know-how or specialization towards the timely submission of regulatory compliances, reportorial requirements, and corporate performance report.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. CORPORATE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Reviews, analyzes, and ensures timely submission of the regulatory compliance data/report to ERC and reportorial requirements/requested information of Energy stakeholders
- Facilitates necessary meetings and coordinates with Functional Groups for timely receipt of regular regulatory compliance data/report for submission to ERC and reportorial requirements/requested information of the NGCP Management and other regulatory stakeholders
- Monitors, updates, and ensures concerned Functional Groups provide supporting documents listed in the NGCP PGC Compliance Monitoring Report
2. STANDARDS COMPLIANCE AND CORPORATE PERFORMANCE REPORT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinates with Functional Groups for inputs, consolidates, reviews, revises, and prepares submission of Corporate Performance Highlights, President’s Report, and RRA Performance Highlights
- Coordinates with Functional Groups for data/report, consolidates, reviews, and handles preparation of contents of NGCP Annual Report for submission to designated group for final lay-out and printing
- Coordinates and facilitates necessary meetings to ensure provision of data, report, and information relative to standards compliance and corporate performance highlights/reports
3. SAFETY AND QUALITY COMPLIANCE
- Complies with the applicable practices, regulations and standards of NGCP on safety and quality
- Participates in self-audit procedures within the Section to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards of the company
- Educates oneself on pertinent safety and quality regulations and upholds a culture of safety and quality in NGCP
Requirements:
Candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:

Graduate of any Engineering, Business or Economics course

Three (3) years of relevant work experience in regulatory compliances and technical/business report writing

Advance knowledge in PGC compliance
-
Excellent technical and business writing skills, and advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office suites

Proficient in both written and oral commutations

Ability to plan and coordinate activities, manage personal and employee time effectively, organizes workloads and priorities
